DEGENERATED — итальянская technical/melodic death metal группа с мрачными темами, касающимися слабостей и мерзости человеческой души. Сформированные в 2000 году, они были одними из первых, кто играл в этом жанре, в стиле Obscura, Sadist, Necrophagist. Проект выпустил только демо "Nuclear Test Failed" в 2000. Рассказывают, что в 2024 году певец Buzz из известной группы Memories Of A Lost Soul в полнолуние решил спеть и полностью сыграть весь альбом, не выходя из дома около месяца. Сегодня мы имеем перезаписанную им версию альбома с 8-струнной гитарой и 6-струнным безладовым басом, с добавлением мрачных атмосферных партий и синтезаторов. Технически это переиздание старого демо, но фактически песни полностью перезаписаны одним человеком, появились новые названия треков, лого и обложка, а сама длина релиза увеличилась на 12 минут. Записано и сведено в 2024 году в Lost Soul Studios. Артворк от Noxifer Digital Arts.
DEGENERATED is an Italian technical/melodic death metal band with dark themes concerning the weaknesses and vileness of the human soul. Formed in 2000, they were among the first to play this genre, in the style of Obscura, Sadist, Necrophagist. The project only released the demo "Nuclear Test Failed" in 2000. It is said that in 2024 singer Buzz, of the famous band Memories Of A Lost Soul, on a full moon night, having lost the master, decided to sing and play the entire record being possessed by an entity, not leaving the house for about a month. What we have today is the version of the album re-recorded by him with 8-string guitars and 6-string fretless bass, with the addition of dark atmospheric parts and synths. Technically this is a re-release of an old demo, but in fact the songs were completely re-recorded by one person, new track titles, logo and cover art appeared, and the length of the release itself increased by 12 minutes.
